Welcome to CWR Dental Practice Management Solutions "CWR Dental", the website, data and online product management services. This page explains how CWR Dental addresses confidentiality of data you submit when using the service. 

Some CWR Dental employees and contractors have access to Clients' data and information for means of providing customer support and to resolve any issues in conjunction with the service. Such associates agree to strict confidentiality provisions that include protection of all customer data. We take this extremely seriously, any violation of confidentiality is an action for termination and we may take legal action.

Associates understand that “Confidential Information” means data, information and physical material not generally known or available outside the Client and information and physical material entrusted to the Client in confidence by CWR Dental or its contractors. Any data and information transmitted by CWR Dental to its Clients should not be shared or transmitted without the express consent from CWR Dental.

Data Security:

Our Security Measures - We take data security and privacy very seriously. We take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your Practice's data and information. We have managerial protocol to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security. You (The Client) are responsible for the security of your data and personal information. You should avoid transmitting personal or sensitive information, such as social security numbers, bank or credit card information.

Privacy Policy:

We’re constantly working to improve our services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on our Website or as part of the Services, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive  emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those notices will still govern your use of the services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them when posted on our website. If you use the services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

Information we collect about your Practice comes from a variety of sources - many online and publicly available and some through surveys and other data collection techniques by engaging with potential Clients. We also collect information from third parties, contractors and our business partners. Any such information gathered by CWR Dental is shared with the clients as benchmarking data (trends) and the name of individual dental practices is never shared in such reports.

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between CWR Dental and you, or its business partners and associates.
