Once this is done, you can choose to work with us and we will work as your trusted consultant and come up with actions that deliver results. It is priceless!
Goal: Create practice brand awareness, interest, and loyalty among patients.
Duration: 3 months
Includes: Gain a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, and how they fit into an overall marketing strategy. Explore integrative marketing tools and deepen your understanding of email, mobile, social media marketing, search and digital advertising.
Goal: Change one behavior at a time, build a guiding coalition of owner, managers and staff and do the right things to create value.
Duration: 3-6 months
Includes: Leadership training for owner (Dentist/Spouse), Staff training, negotiations strategy, continuous improvements ('Kaizen' workshops), operations and business process improvements.
Goal: Identify target practice, conduct due-diligence and facilitate contract. negotiations working with an expert team and complete transaction. Help with post-merger management.
Duration: 6 months - 1 year
Includes: Three step process of targeting the right practice, completing the merger/acquisition (Purchase Agreement - tangibles and goodwill) and post merger management to navigate smoothly.
